Job Description

In this dynamic role, the Executive, Sales & Marketing engages with customers through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails to address their inquiries. The work environment is fast-paced, especially during project launches, requiring effective communication and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales inquiries through various channels including walk-ins, telephone calls, and emails.
  • Address customer inquiries during soft and project launches to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and update records of available units for sale.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support sales operations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities.
  • Assist in achieving daily sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Relevant experience in sales and marketing.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
