The Manager, BIM Modeler in Project Planning & Development is responsible for executing tasks based on BIM Execution Plans and digital workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. This role involves creating and managing 3D models, coordinating design teams, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards throughout project phases.

The Manager, BIM Modeler, Project Planning & Development executes tasks based on BIM Execution Plans and digital workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The role ensures all digital models comply with BIM standards and the availability of accurate data for stakeholders. This position involves developing and managing project models, drawings, documentation, and as-built records. The manager generates 3D models and visualizations using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and rendering tools. They support BIM implementation, authoring, and coordination across project phases, coordinate design issues among architects, consultants, and contractors, and assist in developing construction and coordination drawings. The role also includes facilitating BIM coordination meetings, recording minutes, tracking follow-ups, and providing technical support for BIM workflows in design, coordination, and construction phases.
