MANAGER, BIM MODELER, PROJECT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT – ECO WORLD DEVELOPMENT GROUP BERHAD

The Manager, BIM Modeler, Project Planning & Development is responsible for executing tasks based on BIM Execution Plans and digital workflows across various disciplines. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with BIM standards and the availability of accurate data for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

In this position, the manager will engage in day-to-day activities that involve developing and managing project models, drawings, and documentation while collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and coordination across multiple project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks based on BIM Execution Plans and digital workflows.
• Ensure all digital models comply with BIM standards.
• Develop and manage project models, drawings, and documentation.
• Generate 3D models and visualizations using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Support BIM implementation and coordination across project phases.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and track follow-ups.
• Provide technical support for BIM workflows in design, coordination, and construction phases.
