The IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining Windows Server environments, including services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. The role also involves Microsoft 365 administration, handling user permissions and printer sharing, and troubleshooting Windows-related problems. Regular server maintenance, backup and restore procedures for critical servers, and management of antivirus solutions are key tasks.
Basic understanding of Windows Server and network services such as AD, DNS, and DHCP.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Ability to manage user permissions and printer sharing.
Skills in troubleshooting Windows-related problems.
Experience with regular server maintenance.
Familiarity with backup and restore procedures.
Ability to manage antivirus solutions.
Basic knowledge of firewall management and access control rules.

Experience managing Windows desktop PCs and servers in a networked environment.
