Executive / Senior Executive-Payroll & HR Services at Berjaya Corporation - Kuala Lumpur

The Executive/Senior Executive-Payroll & HR Services is responsible for managing all HR shared services functions, including payroll operations and employee advisory services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements within a dynamic HR environment.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of payroll and HR services, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with various stakeholders to maintain compliance and provide support to employees regarding payroll matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll operations and related functions
• Ensure timely salary payments and statutory submissions
• Prepare employment-related letters
• Maintain accurate employee personal files
• Provide advisory services on payroll matters
• Act as System Administrator for HRMS
• Assist in payroll verification and benefits administration
• Prepare HR analytics reports as needed
