Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of payroll and HR services, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with various stakeholders to maintain compliance and provide support to employees regarding payroll matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll operations and related functions
- Ensure timely salary payments and statutory submissions
- Prepare employment-related letters
- Maintain accurate employee personal files
- Provide advisory services on payroll matters
- Act as System Administrator for HRMS
- Assist in payroll verification and benefits administration
- Prepare HR analytics reports as needed
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR services
Proficient in HRMS and payroll software
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and regulations
