Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve monitoring tender schedules and managing project costs. You will work closely with contractors and consultants to ensure that projects adhere to quality, environmental, safety, and health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and monitor tender schedules.
- Minimize variation orders to control project costs.
- Ensure timely certification to suppliers.
- Evaluate contractor bids for project suitability.
- Control project budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with consultants and contractors for compliance.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.
Job Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in consultancy or property development.
Knowledge of high-rise residential projects.
Familiarity with QESH Management and EHS practices.
