Job Description
The Executive/Senior Executive in Quantity Surveying will be responsible for establishing and monitoring tender schedules, minimizing variation orders, ensuring timely certification to suppliers, and managing project costs. The role involves evaluating contractor bids, controlling project budgets, and collaborating with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and health standards.
Job Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in consultancy or property development
Knowledge of high-rise residential projects
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with QESH Management and EHS practices
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills
