Executive / Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing (Kuching Based) at Sika - Kuala Lumpur

The Executive / Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving profitability targets in the Kuching region. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement sales and marketing strategies while maintaining strong customer relationships.

In this role, you will engage in daily sales activities, work closely with distributors, and respond to market conditions to meet regional targets. You will also support the Retail Manager in forecasting and reporting sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve the annual budgeted sales turnover and profitability for the region.
• Drive sales growth through hardware shops, trading houses, and distribution partners in Sarawak.
• Expand product penetration by identifying new distributors and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
• Implement regional sales and marketing objectives for customer groups in collaboration with EM teams and Head of Distribution.
• Execute sales activities aligned with regional targets and company objectives.
• Respond effectively to regional market conditions and customer requirements.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships across geographical boundaries.
• Record daily activities in the company Salesforce database.
• Support the Retail Manager in preparing sales forecasts and monthly reports.
• Track sales performance against budget and highlight gaps with actionable recommendations.
