The Executive, Telesales is responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential leads while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, explaining products and services, scheduling appointments for sales staff, and maintaining customer relationships to expand the customer base. Additionally, the executive supports marketing events and actively seeks ways to improve processes and add value to clients while driving sales performance to meet targets.
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/ SPM/ "O" Level Certificate.
Working experiences in marketing, tele-marketing, or similar sales/customer service is a plus; fresh graduates interested in corporate sales are also welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to communicate effectively over the telephone.
Aggressive, willing to accept challenges, self-motivated, independent, and result-oriented.
Bilingual communicator with strong proficiency in English and Chinese.
