Job Description

In this position, the Executive, Telesales will engage in daily outbound calls to potential clients, explaining products and services while scheduling appointments for the sales team. The work environment is dynamic and focused on achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Explain products and services to clients.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Support marketing events and initiatives.
  • Seek ways to improve processes and add value to clients.
  • Drive sales performance to meet targets.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/ SPM/ 'O' Level Certificate.

Working experience in marketing, telemarketing, or similar sales/customer service is a plus; fresh graduates interested in corporate sales are also welcome to apply.

Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.

Bilingual communicator with strong proficiency in English and Chinese.

Self-motivated, independent, and result-oriented.
