
The Executive, Telesales is responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential leads while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. This role plays a crucial part in identifying sales opportunities and maintaining customer relationships to expand the customer base.
In this position, the Executive, Telesales will engage in daily outbound calls to potential clients, explaining products and services while scheduling appointments for the sales team. The work environment is dynamic and focused on achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/ SPM/ 'O' Level Certificate.
Working experience in marketing, telemarketing, or similar sales/customer service is a plus; fresh graduates interested in corporate sales are also welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
Bilingual communicator with strong proficiency in English and Chinese.
Self-motivated, independent, and result-oriented.
