This role involves engaging in commercial due diligence, business plan reviews, and market entry assessments while fostering client relationships and contributing to business growth.
Job Description
As an Experienced Associate in our Deals Strategy & Operations practice, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing client relationships and participating in business development activities. You will also stay updated on local and regional deals, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in their expansion plans and M&A strategy.
- Conduct commercial due diligence and business plan reviews.
- Assess market entry opportunities for clients.
- Manage client relationships and report to managers.
- Participate in business development activities to drive growth.
- Develop internal relationships within PwC to enhance collaboration.
- Stay informed about local and regional deals to provide insights.
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in M&A Strategy, commercial due diligence, and market entry studies.
Proven track record in project management and financial analysis.
Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in Business/Management/Finance/Accounting.
Strong desire to learn and grow, demonstrating teamwork and client servicing ability.
