This role involves inspecting grooming and attire, completing opening and closing duties, monitoring dining areas, managing inventory and maintenance requests, assisting management with employee-related tasks, adhering to safety policies, and fostering positive team relationships. The supervisor also supports quality standards, promotes efficiency and safety, communicates professionally, and upholds company policies and guest service standards.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service industry practices.
Ability to adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.
Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, standing, walking, and other related job duties.
