
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for leading a team to uphold quality standards and ensure exceptional guest service. This role involves managing daily operations in a dynamic restaurant environment, focusing on guest satisfaction and team performance.
As an F&B Supervisor at Pearl Point Outlet, you will oversee a team of service crew members to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include welcoming guests, managing orders, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the service crew to maintain high service standards. - Welcome guests and provide them with menus. - Take and process customer orders efficiently. - Serve food and beverages to guests promptly. - Set up tables and ensure a pleasant dining atmosphere. - Perform cashier duties and handle transactions accurately. - Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. - Assist in planning and executing monthly food and beverage promotions. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
Diploma / Degree in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage.
SPM with relevant experience may apply.
Working experience in a Japanese restaurant preferred.
Ability to work on shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
