The Finance Executive (AP/AR/GL) is responsible for managing key accounting functions related to Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial processing and compliance within the organization.
Job Description
The Finance Executive will engage in daily accounting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions in a dynamic work environment. This position requires collaboration with various departments to maintain financial integrity and support closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and staff expense claims accurately.
- Manage supplier payments and daily sales transactions.
- Perform accounting data entries in a timely manner.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Assist in audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
1-6 years of experience in sales accounting or accounting data processing (internship experience may be considered).
Familiarity with POS/e-commerce systems and ERP software preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to meet reporting deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
