Role Summary
The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing and growing the leasing portfolio across retail complexes. This role significantly impacts the occupancy and revenue performance of Giant Hypermarkets and other branded outlets.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the leasing operations, ensuring optimal tenant engagement and lease negotiations. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the leasing portfolio across retail complexes.
- Secure tenants for Giant Hypermarkets and other branded outlets.
- Negotiate lease agreements to ensure favorable terms.
- Monitor and analyze occupancy rates and revenue performance.
- Handle tenancy documentation and leasing operations independently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address leasing needs.
- Conduct site inspections and attend meetings as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, retail property, or real estate.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Good understanding of retail leasing market and mall operations.
Mandarin-speaking preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Willingness to travel for meetings and site inspections.
