The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing and growing the leasing portfolio across retail complexes, including Giant Hypermarkets and other branded outlets. The role involves securing tenants, negotiating leases, and ensuring optimal occupancy and revenue performance.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, retail property, or real estate.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to handle tenancy documentation and leasing operations independently.
Good understanding of retail leasing market and mall operations.
Mandarin-speaking preferred due to communication needs with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Willing to travel for meetings and site inspections as needed.
