As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role within engagement teams by leading a component of a project. You will formulate how problems should be structured and drive analysis and activities that underpin solutions for our clients. Your ability to lead outcomes, think independently, and ideate ways forward within a team setting will drive the impact you will make. You will help manage aspects of an engagement while nurturing and leading junior team members, contributing to a diverse opinion within engagement teams.
Job Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in business, economics, finance, engineering or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in Consulting or equivalent Strategy, Transformation, Digitisation, Operations roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability and propensity for leadership in team settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
