Role Summary
The Financial Services Strategy & Operations role is responsible for leading components of projects within engagement teams. This position requires independent thinking and collaboration to drive impactful solutions for clients while mentoring junior team members.
Job Description
As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will engage in day-to-day project activities, collaborating with team members to analyze problems and develop strategic solutions. You will manage various aspects of engagements, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate problem structures and develop strategic approaches.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in Consulting or equivalent Strategy, Transformation, Digitisation, Operations roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated leadership ability in team settings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
