Job Description

In this role, you will engage with guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service throughout their stay. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain smooth operations and address guest inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Coordinate room assignments and handle related requests.
  • Ensure accurate billing and secure payment processing.
  • Maintain communication with guests regarding their requests and concerns.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and other staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard and manage daily reports.
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards in all interactions.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.

No prior related work experience is required.

Strong communication skills with clear and professional language.

Ability to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
