The Front Office Agent is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, and related requests while ensuring accurate billing and secure payment processing. This role involves coordinating with various staff such as Housekeeping, maintaining communication with guests regarding their requests and concerns, and managing administrative tasks like operating the telephone switchboard and handling daily reports. The position requires adherence to company policies and quality standards, as well as delivering exceptional service aligned with the company’s hospitality standards.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.

No prior related work experience is required.

No supervisory experience is necessary.

Ability to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.

Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Strong communication skills with clear and professional language.
