Fund Administrator Analyst (Japanese) at Accenture Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

The Fund Administrator Analyst (Japanese) is responsible for performing and managing tasks within the Shared Services team and other teams across the client. This role requires an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset to achieve maximum efficiency and timely processing while mitigating risks.

In this role, you will engage in daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc operational responsibilities within a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth fund administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fund launch documents in collaboration with custodians and prime brokers.
• Oversee market documentation and ensure timely expense payments.
• Liaise with internal and external parties regarding invoices.
• Review payment instructions and coordinate signatories.
• Perform reconciliation tasks across various functions and teams.
• Create and compile various internal reports.
• Approach tasks with an entrepreneurial mindset focused on efficiency and risk mitigation.
