Job Description
The GLN GSL Technology Strategic Partnerships role at Accenture involves understanding Global Services Legal areas and relevant company policies. The role requires developing subject-matter expertise, acting as a point of contact, suggesting process improvements, supporting tool development, managing communication records, and building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and onshore counsels. The position includes supervision, coaching, and mentoring of team members as well as supporting recruitment efforts and new initiatives within the Global Services Legal support area.
Job Requirements
Understand Global Services Legal areas and relevant company policies.
Develop subject-matter expertise in the support area.
Act as a point of contact for the support area.
Suggest process improvements in the support area.
Support development and enhancement of tools.
Assist in drafting checklists and process documents.
Liaise directly with internal stakeholders on various issues.
Manage company's tools and communication records.
Identify and support specific training needs for the team.
Support implementation of new initiatives within Global Services Legal.
Build credible and effective relationships with onshore counsels and GLN team.
Support recruitment efforts for the team.
Supervise resources and assist in people management as required.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
Provide positive and developmental feedback.
Independently draft, review and negotiate medium/high complexity agreements and documents with partners and clients.
Analyze and propose solutions to medium/high-complexity contract issues.
Handle communication with internal clients, business teams and stakeholders on legal matters.
Make legal analysis of deviations to contracting standards and interact with internal areas for alignment.
Collaborate with Technology Global Strategic Partnering Legal colleagues and GLN leads on Master GTM agreements.
Maintain contract compliance in line with company policies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Support deal shaping opportunities for medium complexity deals.
Ensure necessary approvals by keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
Perform legal research on laws, regulations or technical aspects applicable to assigned requests.
