Ability to install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Experience in device deployment and collection for staff changes.
Knowledge of routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
Ability to assist employees with software installations, updates, and application support.
Capability to maintain accurate records of IT assets and service activities.
Strong communication skills for user education and support.
Ability to collaborate with ICT teams to resolve complex issues.
Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
Professionalism in responding to user requests and maintaining clear communication.
