Role Summary
The GM, Business Solution is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end-users. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal device performance and user education within the organization.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users onsite. You will also be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and peripheral devices, contributing to a seamless work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Manage device deployment for new and resigned employees.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal device performance.
- Educate users on best practices for device usage and software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and service activities.
- Collaborate with ICT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Job Requirements
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
