
The GM, Business Solution is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end-users. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal device performance and user education within the organization.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users onsite. You will also be involved in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and peripheral devices, contributing to a seamless work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Experience in device deployment and collection for staff changes.
Knowledge of routine maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
Ability to assist employees with software installations and updates.
Understanding of ISMS policies and data security protocols.
Strong communication skills for user education and support.
