
The Group Policy Administration Senior Advisor is responsible for overseeing complex individual policy administration tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate processing of customer records and policy issues while managing day-to-day activities and guiding junior team members.
In this role, you will handle complex policy administration tasks independently, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer records. You will also support quality assurance and collaborate with leadership to monitor work volumes and resolve escalated issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
3 - 5 years relevant experience in policy administration or premium collection in medical/insurance areas.
Strong understanding of customer allegations, including those in Chinese/Cantonese.
Good awareness of risk control and ability to work independently.
Effective problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Good time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
