Role Summary

The Guest Experience Executive is responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in process for guests. This role significantly impacts guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will manage all aspects of guest check-ins, including verifying identities and processing payments. You will also assist in training staff and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins and verify guest identity.
  • Assign rooms and issue room keys to guests.
  • Set up accurate guest accounts and secure payments.
  • Compile reports related to guest services and transactions.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
