The Guest Experience Expert role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their entire stay. This involves delivering a variety of services such as processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, sharing local highlights, and assisting with guest luggage. The position requires active movement and hands-on work while maintaining a safe and professional environment in compliance with company policies and quality standards.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as stairs and service ramps.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Willingness to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Strong communication skills to provide a friendly and approachable environment for guests.
Commitment to following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets.
Ability to uphold quality standards and maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
