In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the team meets performance targets while optimizing costs. You will drive process improvements and analyze data to enhance fleet availability and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations team to achieve performance goals.

- Analyze demand/supply data for fleet availability.
- Oversee P&L performance and strategic roadmap execution.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business; MBA/CSCP/CLTD is an advantage.
5 to 7 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or supply chain operations.
Minimum 4 to 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale operations.
Deep understanding of last-mile KPIs, routing, fleet management, and cost structures.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
