Role Summary

The Head of Last Mile is responsible for leading the operations team to achieve performance goals and manage fleet unit economics. This role significantly impacts the efficiency of last-mile delivery operations and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that the team meets performance targets while optimizing costs. You will drive process improvements and analyze data to enhance fleet availability and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations team to achieve performance goals.
  • Manage fleet unit economics and operational costs.
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency.
  • Analyze demand/supply data for fleet availability.
  • Oversee P&L performance and strategic roadmap execution.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service recovery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business; MBA/CSCP/CLTD is an advantage.

5 to 7 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or supply chain operations.

Minimum 4 to 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale operations.

Deep understanding of last-mile KPIs, routing, fleet management, and cost structures.

Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
