Strategic leadership role managing Ninja Van's last-mile operations and fleet economics in Shah Alam. This position focuses on optimizing delivery networks, controlling operational budgets, and leading high-performing teams to meet e-commerce demands.
The Head of Last Mile will lead the operations team to achieve performance goals while managing fleet unit economics and operational costs. Key duties include driving process improvements, analyzing demand/supply data for fleet availability, and overseeing P&L performance. You will be responsible for strategic roadmap execution, workforce upskilling, and enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient service recovery and delivery management.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business; MBA/CSCP/CLTD is an advantage.
5 to 7 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or supply chain operations.
Minimum 4 to 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale operations.
Deep understanding of last-mile KPIs, routing, fleet management, and cost structures.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Experience in e-commerce, courier, or retail distribution is preferred.
Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.
