
The Head Of Total Rewards is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive total rewards strategies that align with the organization's goals. This leadership role significantly impacts employee engagement and retention through innovative reward solutions across diverse markets.
In this role, you will manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations to C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP, CEBS) are advantageous.
10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR strategy roles.
Minimum 5 years in a leadership capacity managing regional or group-wide functions.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
