Job Description
In this role, you will focus on the daily management of logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. You will collaborate with various teams to meet client requests and maintain inventory controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end shipment lifecycle from pickup to final delivery.
- Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers effectively.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with customer service to address and fulfill client requests.
- Implement inventory controls to minimize parcel loss or damage.
- Step in as a Hub Manager when required to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor and report on operational efficiency metrics.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in logistics or a related field.
Experience as a Senior Executive specialized in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Strong commitment to operational efficiency and minimizing parcel loss.
