Job Description
This role focuses on overseeing the end-to-end shipment lifecycle, from pickup to final delivery. You will manage staff, subcontractors, and part-timers to ensure operational excellence, while stepping in as a Hub Manager when required. Key responsibilities include handling cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions, collaborating with customer service to meet client requests, and implementing inventory controls to minimize parcel loss or damage.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in logistics or a related field.
Experience as a Senior Executive specialized in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers effectively.
Capable of handling cash-on-delivery (COD) processes and inventory control.
Strong commitment to operational efficiency and minimizing parcel loss.
