The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a key liaison partner between HR and business stakeholders to align business goals. This role provides comprehensive HR support, guidance, and solutions across talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee relations. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, promoting an engaged workplace and safe working environments.
Minimum of 5 years with relevant HR Business Partner experience.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
A thorough understanding of country labour laws and compliance requirements across Asia Pacific countries Hong Kong and Australia.
Experience in handling general payroll administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese, with the ability to manage written correspondence in English and conversation in Cantonese to liaise with Cantonese speaking stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in analyzing data, navigating large data sets and developing actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Attention to detail and commitment to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
