
The HR BUSINESS PARTNER is responsible for serving as a key liaison between HR and business stakeholders to align business goals. This role provides comprehensive HR support and solutions across various HR functions, fostering an engaged workplace and safe working environments.
In this role, the HR Business Partner will engage with business leaders and employees daily, providing guidance and support in HR matters. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of 5 years with relevant HR Business Partner experience.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
Thorough understanding of country labor laws and compliance requirements across Asia Pacific countries.
Experience in handling general payroll administration.
Proficient in English and Cantonese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
