This role is for a Senior HR Business Partner at Atos responsible for leading HR strategies and ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws. The position involves overseeing HR operations and acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders in Malaysia.
The Sr. HR Business Partner (Country HR) plays a critical leadership role in driving strategic people initiatives and overseeing all HR operations within the country. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and leaders, provides workforce guidance, and ensures compliance with local employment regulations, specifically in Malaysia. The position manages talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR governance to support business transformation and operational excellence.
At least 10 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong and up-to-date understanding of Malaysian labour laws, including the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Unions Act, and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, LHDN).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated experience leading HR teams and managing complex employee relations matters.
