
The Sr. HR Business Partner (Country HR) is responsible for driving strategic people initiatives and overseeing all HR operations within the country. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and leaders, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations and supporting business transformation.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day HR operations, providing guidance and support to various business units. You will collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement and drive organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 10 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Proven experience in leading HR teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
