Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act & Labour Laws
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience in recruitment processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Independent and sound judgment
