
The Executive, Human Resources & Admin is responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. This junior-level role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers in human resources while contributing to employee engagement and administrative processes.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day HR activities, assisting with payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support. You will also play a key role in coordinating training sessions and supporting recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
