Additionally, the role involves maintaining training records, coordinating training sessions, processing HRDC claims, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding/offboarding activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating system access for new hires.
Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
