Role Summary
The Supervisor, Operations Support Services is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the mall facilities. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for both tenants and visitors.
Job Description
In this role, you will conduct routine inspections of the mall to identify maintenance needs and perform minor repairs on plumbing and electrical systems. You will address maintenance issues, coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs, and respond to requests from tenants.

Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Physical ability to lift and move items.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
