As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring alignment with hiring managers to meet staffing needs effectively. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining employee records and assisting with various HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration Management, Psychology, or equivalent
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers
Proficient in using HR software and tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
