Job Description

As an HR Operations Intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining employee data, and resolving inquiries through a ticketing system. You will also collaborate on payroll, leave, and benefits tasks while contributing to the development of standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee data in the HR system.
  • Resolve employee inquiries through a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate on payroll processing and leave management.
  • Support benefits administration tasks.
  • Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in digital transformation projects to enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Interest in HR processes and digital transformation.

Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
