The HR Operations Intern (Korean/Japanese Speaking) is responsible for supporting the HR team in delivering high-quality services across East Asia. This role involves assisting with various employee lifecycle processes and contributing to digital transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.
As an HR Operations Intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining employee data, and resolving inquiries through a ticketing system. You will also collaborate on payroll, leave, and benefits tasks while contributing to the development of standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in HR processes and digital transformation.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
