A motivated HR Operations Intern to support East Asia operations through employee lifecycle management, data maintenance, and digital transformation initiatives in a global setting.
We are seeking a motivated HR Operations Intern to support our team in delivering high-quality services across East Asia. In this role, you will assist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee data, and resolve inquiries via a ticketing system. You will also collaborate on payroll, leave, and benefits tasks while contributing to SOP documentation and digital transformation projects aimed at improving service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in HR processes and digital transformation.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
