Job Description
The role involves overseeing HSSE operations across projects, workshops, and field sites to ensure compliance and promote a safety culture. The individual will develop, implement, and communicate HSSE and ESG policies, frameworks, and procedures, conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions, and lead HSSE awareness programs and training.
Job Requirements
Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.
Registered with DOSH as a Safety & Health Officer.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HSSE roles within the Oil & Gas industry, with a proven track record in leadership positions.
Extensive knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
