Job Description
In this role, you will manage day-to-day HSSE operations, ensuring that all activities align with established safety protocols and regulations. You will work closely with project teams to foster a culture of safety and compliance across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HSSE operations across projects, workshops, and field sites.
- Develop and implement HSSE and ESG policies, frameworks, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate HSSE awareness programs and training for staff.
- Monitor compliance with HSSE regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
Job Requirements
Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.
Registered with DOSH as a Safety & Health Officer.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HSSE roles within the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven track record in leadership positions.
Extensive knowledge of HSSE regulations and industry best practices.
