
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for providing best practice HRM and administrative support to the General Manager and Management Team. This role encompasses a full spectrum of HR and Admin services, ensuring alignment with corporate and local partners to enhance organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day HR operations, collaborating closely with management to address personnel matters and improve administrative efficiency. You will also identify training needs and implement strategic staffing plans to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
