Role Summary

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for providing best practice HRM and administrative support to the General Manager and Management Team. This role encompasses a full spectrum of HR and Admin services, ensuring alignment with corporate and local partners to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day HR operations, collaborating closely with management to address personnel matters and improve administrative efficiency. You will also identify training needs and implement strategic staffing plans to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner to provide HRM and Admin support to the GM and Management Team.
  • Provide full spectrum of HR and Admin services including staffing, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Support management in implementing personnel administration and improving administrative efficiency.
  • Identify training and development gaps and deploy processes to close them.
  • Manage compensation and benefits plans to meet business and individual needs.
  • Support managers in employee relations issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure policies on employee safety, well-being, and welfare are developed and implemented consistently.
  • Manage industrial relations issues as needed.
  • Ensure HR & Admin policies are compliant with legal and internal control requirements.
  • Undertake project work to improve HR services as necessary.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
