As a Human Resource Manager at Felement Sdn Bhd, you will oversee the HR department's operations, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will develop HR policies, manage talent acquisition, and foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your role will also involve training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity, as well as addressing any HR-related issues that arise within the organization. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
Experience in talent acquisition and employee development
