Job Description

As a Human Resource Manager at Felement Sdn Bhd, you will oversee the HR department's operations, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management

Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion

Experience in talent acquisition and employee development
