Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Onboard and orient new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
• Administer employee records, benefits, and payroll processing.
• Coordinate and deliver employee training and development programs.
• Provide HR advisory services to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Manage industrial relations and disciplinary issues raised.
