Role Summary

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing recruitment and talent acquisition within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive company culture and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with department heads and support the overall HR strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes by collaborating with department heads.
  • Post job advertisements and screen CVs to identify suitable candidates.
  • Arrange and conduct interviews with potential hires.
  • Maintain relationships with job platforms, universities, and recruitment partners.
  • Handle onboarding and resignation procedures for employees.
  • Manage attendance and leave records, supporting payroll preparation.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
  • Act as a contact point for employee inquiries and support disciplinary procedures.
  • Organize staff activities and company events to enhance company culture.
  • Support performance review processes and training coordination.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR (generalist or HR admin preferred).

Familiarity with Malaysian labour law and standard HR practices.

Good command of English; ability to communicate in Mandarin / Malay is an added advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Proficient in basic office tools (Excel / Google Sheets); experience with HR systems is a plus.
