
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing recruitment and talent acquisition within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive company culture and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
In this role, you will engage in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with department heads and support the overall HR strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR (generalist or HR admin preferred).
Familiarity with Malaysian labour law and standard HR practices.
Good command of English; ability to communicate in Mandarin / Malay is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Proficient in basic office tools (Excel / Google Sheets); experience with HR systems is a plus.
