The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management. The role focuses on fostering a productive work environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidate resumes based on education, experience, and training.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including workstation setup, team introductions, and distribution of onboarding kits such as access cards, HR system access, employee handbook, attendance registration, and policies.
Oversee On-The-Job Training conducted by department managers or supervisors and arrange external or additional training upon management request.
Handle employee relations duties including addressing grievances, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation retention, for example offer letters and training records.
Ensure all HR activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 clauses related to competence, awareness, and communication.
Manage resignation notices, issue acceptance letters, coordinate handover checklists, and handle exit documentation and access revocation.
