Role Summary

The Human Resources Officer/Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing various human resources functions within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a productive work environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day HR activities, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will work closely with various departments to support training initiatives and maintain compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidate resumes based on education, experience, and training.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including workstation setup, team introductions, and distribution of onboarding kits.
  • Oversee On-The-Job Training conducted by department managers or supervisors and arrange external or additional training upon management request.
  • Handle employee relations duties including addressing grievances and conducting performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation retention.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 clauses related to competence, awareness, and communication.
  • Manage resignation notices, issue acceptance letters, coordinate handover checklists, and handle exit documentation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
