Job Description
As a Hybrid Driver, you will engage in daily operations that involve loading, transporting, and delivering parcels. You will work in various locations, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and transport parcels to designated areas.
- Verify delivery addresses using a mobile app.
- Check parcel integrity before delivery.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments from customers.
- Reconcile accounts daily to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Adhere to safety regulations and optimized delivery routes.
- Ensure a clean driving record and safe driving practices.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen aged 18 and above with SPM qualification or higher.
Must possess own transport (motorcycle or car) and a valid driving license.
Valid GDL license is required if driving company-owned vehicles.
Must own an Android smartphone for operational purposes.
Clean driving record and no criminal history.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
