Job Description
As a Hybrid Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels to customers and stations. Key tasks include verifying customer details via the driver app, performing quality checks on packages, and ensuring the correct number of items are loaded. You will collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, maintain clear communication with customers and station heads, and adhere to prescribed routes and schedules. The role requires following all transport laws and the company's code of conduct to ensure seamless last-mile operations.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen aged 18 years and above.
Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Possess a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) and a valid driving license.
Clean driving record and no criminal history.
Proficient in using Android smartphones and mobile applications.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule.
Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.
