As a Hybrid Driver, you will engage in daily activities that involve delivering parcels, verifying customer details, and maintaining communication with customers and station heads. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires adherence to transport laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of parcels to customers.
- Verify customer details using the driver app.
- Perform quality checks on packages before delivery.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments from customers.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and station heads.
- Adhere to prescribed routes and schedules for deliveries.
- Follow all transport laws and company code of conduct.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen aged 18 years and above.
Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
Clean driving record and no criminal history.
Possess a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) and a valid driving license.
Responsible and punctual with a strong customer service orientation.
