Job Description
As a Hybrid Driver, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering parcels to customers accurately and on schedule. You must verify customer details using the company's mobile application and ensure all packages meet quality and labeling standards before departure. Your role involves collecting Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, reconciling them daily, and communicating effectively with customers to ensure successful deliveries. You are expected to maintain a safe driving record, follow designated routes, and adhere to Ninja Van’s quality policies and code of conduct at all times.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen aged 18 years or older.
Minimum SPM qualification; no prior experience required.
Possess a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) with a valid license.
Must have a valid GDL license if using company vehicles.
Clean driving record and no criminal history.
Ownership of an Android smartphone for application usage.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
