Job Description
As a Hybrid Driver, you will engage in daily activities that involve loading, transporting, and delivering parcels while adhering to quality and safety standards. You will utilize the company's mobile application to verify customer details and manage Cash on Delivery (COD) payments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and transport parcels to designated locations.
- Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
- Verify customer details using the mobile application.
- Ensure all packages meet quality and labeling standards before departure.
- Collect and reconcile Cash on Delivery (COD) payments daily.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status.
- Maintain a safe driving record and follow designated routes.
- Adhere to company quality policies and code of conduct.
Job Requirements
Malaysian citizen aged 18 years or older.
Minimum SPM qualification; no prior experience required.
Possess a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) with a valid license.
Must have a valid GDL license if using company vehicles.
Clean driving record and no criminal history.
Ownership of an Android smartphone for application usage.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
