The supervisor assists management with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, and discipline while fostering a positive work environment and acting as a role model. The position requires upholding company policies, ensuring guest satisfaction, supporting teamwork, and improving operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 2 years of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
