This role involves overseeing staff grooming and attire, managing opening and closing duties, inspecting storage and service areas, conducting inventories, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The supervisor assists management with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, and discipline while fostering a positive work environment and acting as a role model. The position requires upholding company policies, ensuring guest satisfaction, supporting teamwork, and improving operational efficiency.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 2 years of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
