The Income Auditor cum Cost Controller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial figures and documentation. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the overall financial operations of the hotel.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily financial audits and control processes within a dynamic hospitality environment. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
- Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to company policies.
- Organize, secure, and maintain files and records in line with document retention and confidentiality policies.
- Prepare, maintain, distribute, audit, and reconcile various financial, accounting, auditing, payroll, and statistical reports and tables.
- Follow all company safety, security, and procedural policies.
- Maintain professionalism and support positive guest and team interactions.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No related work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to follow company safety and security policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to work as part of a team and support common goals.
Ability to perform reasonable physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 10 pounds.
