Role Summary
The Infrastructure Support - Tech Obsolescence (GIPS) is responsible for providing expert support in ControlM Administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation and deployment of software applications within the organization.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day tasks that involve building and configuring software products, as well as providing primary support for application releases. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to discussions and solutions related to work challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ControlM Administration tasks independently.
- Build and configure packaged software and Software as a Service products.
- Develop and test new components or enhancements to existing applications.
- Provide primary support for application releases into production.
- Plan and schedule deployment activities.
- Collaborate with team members to address work challenges.
- Contribute to discussions on solutions and improvements.
Job Requirements
Experience with ControlM Administration.
Ability to build and configure packaged software and Software as a Service products.
Skills in developing and testing new components or enhancements to existing applications.
Capability to provide support for application releases into production.
Competence in deployment planning and scheduling.
