Job Description
In this position, you will engage with assigned customers daily, developing sales opportunities and providing product information and service support. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities for assigned products.
- Proactively contact assigned customers to develop sales leads.
- Monitor ongoing sales and provide necessary support.
- Deliver product information to customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in inside sales/telesales/telemarketing.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Motivated to earn more income with commission scheme.
Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
