In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve managing complex policy transactions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also mentor junior staff to ensure compliance with service level agreements and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

2–4 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in insurance underwriting or claims.
Strong expertise in insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Shared Services is preferred.
