Insurance Ops Associate (Cantonese/Mandarin) at Accenture Malaysia - Selangor

The Insurance Ops Associate (Cantonese/Mandarin) is responsible for performing routine and non-repetitive business processing tasks in the insurance sector. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of policy processing operations within the organization.

In this position, you will engage in daily tasks such as data entry, policy document issuance, and premium billing, all while adhering to established guidelines. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and effective communication with clients and underwriters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-repetitive business processing tasks accurately.
• Validate and enter customer proposals, applications, and transactions into the policy processing system.
• Ensure adherence to processing turnaround times for policy applications and transactions.
• Generate quotations, new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Organize and maintain electronic databases, including data input and ongoing maintenance.
• Investigate and rectify rework issues to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with underwriters and clients regarding policy-related inquiries.
