Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine and non-repetitive business processing tasks. - Validate and enter customer proposals, applications, and transactions into the policy processing system. - Ensure adherence to processing turnaround times for specific lines of business. - Generate quotations and policy documents accurately. - Maintain and organize electronic databases for efficient access. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders such as Underwriters and clients. - Investigate and rectify rework issues to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
