Job Description
As an Automation Intern, you will engage in daily activities that involve troubleshooting machines and performing corrective maintenance under guidance. You will also participate in operational checks and assist in various projects aimed at optimizing warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support machine troubleshooting and corrective maintenance under instruction.
- Conduct weekly operational checks to ensure equipment functionality.
- Highlight technical issues and collaborate on solutions.
- Participate in Kaizen projects for continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing test plans for new components.
- Set up production testers to standardize testing processes.
- Work effectively within a maintenance team to support technical operations.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or possessing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Knowledgeable in machine automation and process control systems.
Available for an internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
Ability to follow work instructions for machine troubleshooting and component replacement.
Strong interest in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and operational excellence.
