Job Description
As an intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve planning and executing events and CSR initiatives. You will conduct research, prepare materials, and support the team in various capacities, including potentially serving as an emcee for events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events and CSR activities.
- Conduct research for proposals and prepare briefing decks.
- Prepare wrap-up reports for completed events.
- Support the Events team with ad-hoc tasks.
- Serve as an emcee for events when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and participants.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Degree in Event Management or equivalent.
Good command of English language – verbal and written.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and handling events.
Minimum duration of 3 months.
Willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
Willing to travel.
