As an Intern in Customer Happiness, you will engage with customers daily, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly. You will work closely with the team to maintain high service standards and contribute to various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Management, Communication, Hospitality, or related fields.
Experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Basic problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with MS Office or other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
