Job Description

As a Desktop Support Intern at AirAsia, you will support daily IT operations by managing equipment deployment and setup. You will be responsible for resolving incident tickets within SLAs, maintaining equipment stores, and recording assets in the Good Acceptance Form. The role involves liaising with internal support teams, providing technical guidance to users, and adhering to company policies. You may also be required to travel or relocate based on operational needs and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
