As a Desktop Support Intern at AirAsia, you will engage in daily IT operations, ensuring smooth equipment deployment and setup. You will collaborate with internal support teams and assist users with technical issues while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment deployment and setup.
- Resolve incident tickets within SLAs.
- Maintain equipment stores and inventory.
- Record assets in the Good Acceptance Form.
- Liaise with internal support teams for issue resolution.
- Provide technical guidance to users.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Travel or relocate based on operational needs.
